Toddler sizes are in the Round Toe (Top Row) only. Western cuts have 2 row fancy stitching on shaft and cowboy heel. Roper style has shorter shaft and roper heel; both PVC soles; all manmade materials. These boots are SPECIAL ORDER and take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
